A new important step in the expansion of Anticimex Belgium
Persbericht
Anticimex Group is happy to announce their 4th acquisition in Belgium: PHMServices, a family company owned by Philippe Malice and located in Doornik. This acquisition confirms the ambition of Anticimex to grow in Belgium in the area of preventive pest control.
PHMServices is a well-known specialist in pest control and has a solid loyal customer base consisting of mostly B2B clients. Since 1995, the company enjoys a good reputation, especially in the southwest of Belgium where most of its clients are located.
The transaction follows on the Anticimex acquisitions of C’est pas bête, ALM Pest Control and Vandermarliere NV in 2016 and 2017. It forms part of the strategy to expand its market coverage across all regions of the Belgian market via organic growth and further acquisitions.
Christophe Gyselinck, CEO Anticimex Belgium, comments on the acquisition “We’re very proud to announce this 4th acquisition. This company take-over will fortify our local market presence. Furthermore, we’re glad to welcome such experienced people into our team and add a good mix of commercial clients to our customer base. PHMServices and Anticimex values and high quality service level are an excellent fit. We look forward to this collaboration and wish them welcome to the Anticimex family.”
