FAQ's change of Rebias customer portal to Digimex

Data

What will happen to my existing data?

All data as of 01/01/2020 will be imported into the new system Digimex. Other historical data will remain available on request, as will other functionalities such as floor plans, actions, etc.

When the Digimex customer portal goes live, will Rebias still be available?

Rebias will remain available for some time, but no new data will be added as soon as Digimex is activated.

Login information

Will my login details remain the same as with Rebias?

No, you will receive by email your new personal login.

How and when will I receive the new login(s)?

You will receive a login per user as soon as we go live.

Can we receive multiple logins?

Yes, each person who wishes to do so can receive a personal login.

If you would like an additional login for your colleague/colleagues, please contact integration-digimex@anticimex.be stating:

- Contract number (ex. REB12345)

- Name contact + personal email

- Name company + address

From when will I be able to log in to Digimex?

Digimex goes live from 17/04/203, from this date and after receiving your login information you can log in to Digimex.

Is there a manual available from Digimex?

Yes, we have several options:

Webinar
Webinars are scheduled for March 2023 to introduce our customers to the customer portal. You can (re)view the webinar here*. The webinar is only available in Dutch and French.

Digital manual
If you wish to view the digital manual you can download it here. It's only available in Dutch and French.

E-learning
An 'e-learning' is available on the digimex customer portal. This consists of several short videos where a specific part (operation) of Digimex is explained.
